To equip the Scrum Masters at Webfleet with the leadership depth to drive high performance, we delivered an immersive virtual programme structured as a series of ‘Sprints.’ Mirroring their own agile environment, we created short learning bursts, guided action learning sets, and ‘Retrospectives’ to transform Scrum Masters into self-aware, engaging leaders. This approach moved them beyond process facilitation and into creative management, empowering them to build teams who take accountability, communicate with clarity and authenticity, face into challenging conversations and deliver collective results.

Leadership Excellence Programme

For Enstar’s international Business Excellence Leadership Programme, we designed a comprehensive digital journey to transform 30 global senior managers into agile leaders capable of driving high-performance functional delivery. 14 expert-led modules with professional coaching to build accountability and personal impact in a high-change environment raised the bar on skills. Integrated peer-to-peer ‘support and challenge’ pairings and a ‘Manager as Coach’ element ensured learning transfer and lasting commercial results. This thorough approach leveraged the talent of the leadership team as a primary competitive advantage, directly linking enhanced management capability to operational excellence.

New Manager Development

We developed an integrated programme for ASICS designed to transition new managers from individual contributors to effective leaders. Over a five-to-six-month journey, we combined highly personalised coaching with intensive development modules to build management capability and break down organisational silos. By acting as an extension of the ASICS team, we facilitated a collaborative environment that strengthened internal networks and improved cross-functional relationships.
